EXCHANGE PROGRAMS

The Cracow University of Technology (CUT) offers wide range of short-term study programs. Students from our partner universities can choose from English-taught courses offered by eight faculties. These short-term programs lasts one or two semesters.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Students need to be officially nominated by their home university.

In order to apply nominated students need to register online (a link to online registration will be sent by email to each nominated student).

Students apply by completing an application form online, print and sign it and upload to their CUT profile together with a scan of passport (only the page with personal details), transcript of records, an official English language certificate (more info at http://iro.pk.edu.pl/documents-certifying-knowledge-of-the-english-language, not applicable to English language native speakers) and a photo (JPEG file, 236 x 295 pixels, pale background, student looking directly at the camera). All documents must be uploaded as PDF files (max. 2 MB each). In the application form students need to write names of courses they would like to take at CUT.

After accepting the application by a respected CUT Faculty, Letters of Acceptance will be sent to International Office at student's home university.

Nomination deadline:

10^th May – for Fall semester

10^th November – for Spring semester

Application deadline:

15^th May – for Fall semester

15^th November – for Spring semester
