We are delighted to announce that GDUT plans to launch a summer camp this year from 18 to 27 August for students with a global vision and passion for tech & innovation from your university. Please note that international transportation fees including air tickets, and medical insurance will need to be covered by the participating students. GDUT will cover most of other expenses during the program: accommodation, three meals each day, travel & sightseeing fees. Applications are open until 2pm, June 14, 2023. The Summer School aims to present a broad overview of cutting-edge research in mathematics to students at the undergraduate and master levels, which we believe will be very beneficial to students choosing a topic for their future research. Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca invites to participate in summer program: GEM-SILKWAY EASTERN EUROPE Edition held between 23 – 30 July 2023.

Topics Covered

Attending GEM-SILKWAY EASTERN EUROPE Edition will allow participants to share knowledge with lecturers and students from all over Europe and beyond. The topics are constantly updated to the current world economic energy scenario, with specific focus to the EU.

World economy with focus on energy and green energy scenario; focus on Eastern Europe Countries. The policies to transition European Countries. Economic and financial modelling. Sustainable mobility.

Location

The EASTERN EUROPE Edition 2023 will take place in Cluj-Napoca (Romania) and is open to European and beyond participants, as well as from other parts of the world. The summer school will be hosted by the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration from the Babeș-Bolyai University.

Prerequisites

GEM-SILKWAY is aimed at young graduates of master’s degrees, master’s degree programs, PhD students and PhD graduates, researchers, professionals in the field mainly with a scientific background. Knowledge of English is a mandatory requirement for all participants. Selection will be made based on CV and a motivation letter.

CPS Short Term Program

The Paula Souza Center, the largest Institute of Science and Technology for Technological Training in Latin America launches the  5th edition of its Short-term Program.

The Program will be in person in the city of Santos, in the state of São Paulo – Brazil. Get ready to participate from  July 24th to August 4th .

The Program can be carried out in 1 or 2 weeks, the first week being a Brazilian Culture and Language course and the second the student can enroll in one of the following topics:

• Developing Mobile Apps
• Functional Programming and Applications

Classes will be conducted in English.
